Individual Therapy
Couples counselling offers a supportive space to strengthen and deepen your relationship while working through challenges and learning from one another’s differences. Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, better understand how each person experiences the relationship, and explore what each partner hopes for in the relationship. By building curiosity and compassion for both you and your partner, couples+ can develop new ways of communicating, responding, and reconnecting.

Mental health in sport counselling offers a supportive space to explore the unique pressures and experiences that come with being involved in sport. I work with athletes, coaches, and sporting officials navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, injury, identity concerns, performance pressure, and transitions in and out of sport. Our work is collaborative and grounded, meeting you where you are at while supporting wellbeing both within and beyond sport.
Mental Health in Sports Therapy

I am attuned to the demands faced by coaches, athletes, and sporting officials, and offer support around mental health, wellbeing, communication styles, and team dynamics. Services may include workshops, presentations, and consultation, with a focus on education, prevention, and practical, sustainable strategies.
