About

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with over a decade of experience working in post-secondary mental health settings and private practice. My work includes supporting concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, grief and loss, career planning and work search, mental health in sport, and life transitions. I strive to offer a counselling space where clients feel supported, understood, and able to explore their mental health in a meaningful way.

I hold a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and have completed advanced training in mental health, neuroscience-informed, and relational therapeutic approaches.

I specialize in mental health and sport. As a former competitive athlete, current coach, and the embedded counsellor with a university athletics program, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to supporting athletes, teams, and coaches. My approach prioritizes emotional safety, sustainability, and long-term wellbeing alongside performance.

In addition to individual and couples counselling, I design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and presentations on topics including mental health, burnout, sleep, nervous system regulation, and life transitions.
